• Firearms supplied by:
• All Firearms to be picked up at the store unless other arrangements are made at the winner's expense.
• Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, local, associated fees, background checks, and/or licenses. If the winner can’t pass the background check, the winner will forfeit the firearm.
• 
  
• All Firearms must be picked up with 30 days of event unless other arrangements are made with Redding’s. After 30-days prizes become a donation to the Fire Company.
• During the event all patrons must be of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Hampstead VFC reserves the right to suspend/cancel this event due to lack of ticket sales, and adversity beyond our control. All tickets will be refunded or can be used as credit to purchase tickets for other events.
